What can I expect from South America?

South America is a continent in the Western Hemisphere that is mostly in the Southern Hemisphere.  Most of the population in South America lives along the coastlines, and the central portion of the continent is sparsely populated.  It is home to some of the world’s most amazing treasures, including the Amazon River, the Andes, and Machu Picchu.
