What can I expect from Nevis?

How to Get There

From the US, you can fly direct to Nevis via connecting flights from major hubs such as Miami or New York (JFK) to nearby St. Kitts, followed by a short ferry ride or a local flight to Nevis.

Currency: The local currency of Nevis is the Eastern Caribbean Dollar (XCD). The US dollar is also widely accepted, with 1 US dollar equivalent to approximately 2.70 XCD.

Language: English is the official language of Nevis, making it easy for English-speaking travelers to communicate.

Credit Cards & ATMs: Credit cards are widely accepted at hotels, restaurants, and shops. However, carrying some cash for smaller purchases is recommended. ATMs are available in key towns and tourist areas.

Plugs: The standard voltage is 230 V, and the frequency is 60 Hz. Nevis uses Type A and B plugs, so bring a universal adapter if needed.
